Purpose of this system is to report serious potential shortcommings or prohibited actions against applicable law within the company's sphere of activity. Whistleblowing does not include allegations without evidence, denunciation and defamation.

We take our commitment to investigate and prevent any malpractice in our company very seriously and assure you that your information will be dealt with forcefully. Your information will be treated confidentially and with the greatest respect of relevant laws and regulations.

Please include as many details as possible in your report. For example you might send us dates and times, locations, departments, descriptions of actions, names, accounts or documents. You can also attach files to your report, like photos, videos or documents. Incoming reports are received by an external service provider.

All information you provide about yourself is voluntary. Please note that relevant legal provisions protect you from negative consequences.

If you choose to remain anonymous, avoid details that could identify you. Our system protects your anonymity, as long as you do not enter any personal data related to you by yourself. To further ensure your anonymity, we recommend that you use your own device to submit your report, which is also not connected to the Internet via a company network.

The law stipulates that reports must first be sent to our internal reporting system.
However, you also have the option to report to the Austrian Federal Bureau of Anti-Corruption.
